Cancelation Policy
For clients being serviced within a 10 mile radius of Mission Viejo a $35 travel/convenience fee is included. All appointment locations beyond 15 miles from Mission Viejo will be charged accordingly. We serve the cities of South Orange County only. Should you need to reschedule your appointment with AT LEAST 24 hours notice, please contact us right away at Ph. 949-543-0350. Your paid booking fees will be credited towards your next appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the booking/travel fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 5 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
