Our pricing for eyelash extensions includes the service fee + the on-location/travel fee required for all of our mobile services. Our rates for quality and professional lash extensions are among the best value around. The online calendar booking process will reflect the cost of service plus the on-location/travel fee when you register to book. All booking appointments require a booking deposit in order to be confirmed. Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the booking/travel fee. Any prepayment amount of service, less 50%, will be applied to future service.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment with AT LEAST 24 hours notice, your paid booking and/or pre-paid service fee will be credited towards your next appointment.
Terms/Conditions
We are a mobile service salon that provides you the luxury and convenience of in-home service. We require pre-payment of our on-location fee at the time of your service booking. No appointment will be confirmed until this fee is paid.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS -
We are unable to take online appointment requests for same day appointments as all of our services require at least 24 hours notice due to the nature of our on-location services.
Should you require a same day appointment, please call us at Ph. 949-543-0350 to inquire on availability. We are at times able to accommodate a same day appointment with at least 5 hours notice. Additionally, we require pre-payment in full for all same day/rush bookings and out of service area house calls. A 20% required gratuity will also be applied to all same day/rush bookings to ensure our technicians are fairly compensated for accommodating rush appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
Lash Extensions Refill
Lash extension fills (refills) are necessary to maintain a full and natural look for the maximum amount of desired time. It is normal and expected that some lashes will fall out during the natural lash shed cycle and as a result of oil in the skin, moisture in the air, showering, sweat and other natural reasons.
Our lash extension refills are based on appointment time and lashes applied.

Our Process
Booking your lash extensions appointment is easy!

Simply click on our Book Now button to be taken to the online booking page where you will be able to select your appointment date and time from our calendar of available openings.

Fill out all the information requested on the booking page, along with your on-location travel fee and hit "submit".

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the booking deposit/travel fee has been paid.

Be sure to include your correct phone number so that we can text you your appointment time reminder 24 hours before your appointment date.

Remaining Payment Due at Time of Service: At the time of service, your remaining balance is due in Cash or Credit Card only - we do not accept personal checks.
